Domestic Shipping

We have a customer friendly 1 day return & 2 days exchange policy:

Refunds will be issued only via PayU links and no other medium.

Return request will only be accepted through the order management page in your account 

Domestic Return Policy:

  1. If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please email us at mentioning your Order ID.

We will personally ensure that a brand-new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. 

  1. If you do not like the product, you will have to raise a return request from your account. You can log in to your account if you already have one or create a new one using the same email id which is used while placing the order. There is Return / Exchange option available to choose from and we will arrange for the pick up from your doorstep. 

Returns will be ONLY accepted if the product doesn’t match the description given on website. And to prove this we need video of the package opening and the product within 24 hours of the delivery time.

  1. In case due to certain circumstances after raising the return request within 48 hours you are unable to return the shipment within the time frame no refund would be made. 
  2. When you return the product to the courier guy, it is mandatory to take a receipt (physical or through message). In case of lost shipment we will need the proof of return by you.
  3. Refund would be processed within 4-7 days after the product is received back to our warehouse in Bangalore.

Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products
shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:

  1. Any product that exhibits physical damage to the product
  2. If the saree has been ordered with fall and edging
  3. If the product is customized/tailored for you
  4. If the Return or Exchange is requested after 24 hours of receiving the shipment. 
  5. If the product is made to order


Domestic Exchange Policy:

  1. You have to raise an exchange request within 2 days of receiving the product. You can log in to your account if you already have one or create a new one using the same email id which is used while placing the order. There is an exchange option available and we will arrange for the pick up from your doorstep.
  2. Once we have it with us, we will ship the replacement product to you within 7-10 working days. Please note KAPDEY will arrange for the pick up from your door step
  3. Exchange is not possible if the saree has fall and edging done to it
  4. Exchange would not be accepted if the product was customized/tailored for you.
  5. If you want to exchange the product you ordered for with another product of higher amount, the difference of payment has to be made.
  6. If you want to exchange your product with another product of
    lower amount, we would ship the product as soon as we receive it and the balance would be given in the form of account credit. 
  7. Return or exchange of the exchanged product is not possible.
  8. No discount will be given on exchange orders.
  9. Exchange is ONLY accepted if the mistake in size or description has happened from COMPANY



International Shipping

Order placed can be cancelled within 24 hours only.

1. If you cancel your order, we will refund the amount with 5% deduction from the whole amount as there will be Payment transaction fees charged.

2. If you have received the product and you do not like it, the same can be shipped back within 2 days and email us the courier receipt on The shipping charges for sending the product back has to be borne by the customer. 5% of Payment transaction amount will be deducted from the refund.

3. Once we receive the products, a strict quality check would be done by our team. Please make sure that the original packing is intact when you courier it back to us.

Product should not be washed or worn.

In case of size issue, you are required to notify us for the same within 24 hours upon receiving your order.

4. The amount refunded to you would be only for the products and not for customisation and shipping.

5. We unfortunately do not have exchange policy for the international customers.

6. Order placed can be cancelled within 24 hours only.

7. Once the product goes into customization process the order cannot be cancelled.

8. When you opt for customization with your order you can cancel the customisation within 48 hours only.

9. For Returns - Freight charges and custom duty to be borne by the customer.

10. Please note that a complete seal packed parcel unboxing video is mandatory to be eligible for any replacement or return of broken/missing/damaged items.

- Once the order is placed, it takes 15 to 20 working days to dispatch after placing the order.

- If customization is added it will take more 4 to 5 working days to dispatch.

- So, the estimated time would be 20 to 25 working days for the order to get delivered. You will receive the tracking details once your order has been shipped.

- These timelines may be affected due to unforeseen situations. Any other charges like import duty has to be borne by the customer.

-If the import duty is not paid by the customer the product will be destroyed/abandoned by the custom department and the refund will not be given for that particular order.

- If the shipping address is wrong or any mistake is made by the customer, then the customer has to make the extra payment for any changes in their address.

- Customer duty has to be paid within 2 days after the shipment arrives at your location/country.
