Where all do you ship?

We ship worldwide. Irrespective of where you reside you can stay
connected to us and the KAPDEY products.

When can I expect my order?

For Domestic Orders:

Once the domestic order is placed, it takes 5 to 7 business days to dispatch
after placing the order. Then 4 to 5 business days for it to get delivered.

So, the estimated time would be 10 to 15 working days. You will receive the
tracking details once your order has been shipped.

These timelines may be affected due to unforeseen conditions.

 

For International Orders:

- Once the order is placed, it takes 15 to 20 working days to dispatch after placing the order.


- If customization is added it will take more 4 to 5 working days to dispatch.



- So, the estimated time would be 20 to 25 working days for the order to get delivered. You will receive the tracking details once your order has been shipped.

- These timelines may be affected due to unforeseen conditions.

Are the colors or products on the website accurate?

Products on www.kapdey.com are hand crafted and specially created and handpicked for you. Due
to the intricate and unique nature of the ethnic products available on our
website, we take great pains in ensuring that we photograph all our products
under standard lighting conditions so that the product image you see is as
close to the product. However, there may be minor variations in the color of
the fabric, dyes, prints or embroideries of the product image you see on your
monitor / mobile phone screens / laptops etc and the actual product.

Do you have custom options?

For the products where customisation is feasible, we have given the option. These can be customised based on the sizes entered in the customize details form

What payment options I can use?

secure. You can choose to pay with a credit or debit card, which can be a
Mastercard, Visa, Maestro or Amex card, using our secure payment gateway. You
can also use a PayPal by selecting PayU gateway to complete your transaction.

What if I am interested in a product but its sold-out?

When the product is sold out, you get an option to
place your interest for this product. Whenever we are ready to restock this
product, you will be contacted on priority for your purchase.
