Cancellation Return and Exchange Policy
Domestic/International Cancellation Policy:
- If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, kindly do so within 24 Hours from the time you placed the order. Please log into your account and click on "cancel order" option against the order number that you want to cancel.
- If you cancel your order, we will refund the amount with 5% deduction from the whole amount as there will be Payment transaction fees charged for prepaid orders.
- Once the product goes into customization process the order cannot be cancelled.
- COD orders cannot be cancelled/returned once they are delivered.
- COD orders cannot be refused to be collected from delivery agent. They have to be collected and paid in full at the time of delivery
Domestic Exchange Policy
Returns are not Accepted.
We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn't right, let us know. We'll give you an exchange on that piece in another color, a different size, or an entirely new style. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may return the merchandise unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging with original tags, for an exchange, within 1 day from the date on which these goods are delivered. Once received, the customer care team will see if all conditions are met, your credit/exchange would be processed.
Please note:
1) Products once delivered cannot be returned. It can only be exchanged for another product or store credit.
2) Items will be considered for store credit/exchange only if it is unused and with all tags still attached and in original packaging. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
3) Where provided, any designer packaging such as muslin bags or zipper bags, should be included with your return
4) All custom-made orders are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged.
5) No Exchanges on discounted merchandise.
6) Returns/Refunds would only be accepted if goods received are defective, spurious, not as advertised/agreed upon. And to prove this we need complete seal packed parcel unboxing video is mandatory to be eligible for any replacement or return of broken/missing/damaged items within 24 hours of the delivery time.
7) If you want to exchange the product you ordered for with another product of higher amount, the difference of payment has to be made.
8) Exchange of the exchanged product is not possible.
9) No discount or coupon will be applied on exchange orders.
Exchange in India
Step 1
To return an item, the customer must write to us at info@kapdey.com. Alternatively, the customer may WhatsApp us at our customer care number +91 98801 00047, within 24 Hours of delivery of the product.
Step 2
Please await a mail confirmation from our end for initiating the return. We will try to arrange for a pick-up through our courier partner. Just in case, their service is unavailable at your address, we request to self-ship it at our address.
Step 3
Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and Courier the parcel back to us. Details will be shared in the email.
International Exchange Policy
- Unfortunately, at this moment, we do not permit any returns or exchanges for international orders, unless the product is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had ordered.
- If you have received the product and you do not like it, the same can be shipped back within 2 days and email us the courier receipt on info@kapdey.com. The shipping charges for sending the product back has to be borne by the customer. 5% of Payment transaction amount will be deducted from the refund.
- Once we receive the product, a strict quality check would be done by our team. Please make sure that the original packing is intact when you courier it back to us.
- The amount refunded to you would be only for the products and not for customisation and shipping.
- We unfortunately do not have exchange policy for the international customers.
- For Returns - Freight charges and custom duty to be borne by the customer.
- Please note that a complete seal packed parcel unboxing video is mandatory to be eligible for any replacement or return of broken/missing/damaged items.
